XYON Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of prescription medications, we do not accept returns and, once the Pharmacy has begun preparing, compounding, or dispensing your medication, the order is final except as required by law.

Clinical Non-Approval

All orders are subject to clinical review by the Telehealth Provider. If your order is not approved, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts charged.

Order Changes and Cancellation

You may cancel an order until (i) clinical approval is issued or (ii) the Pharmacy has begun preparing or compounding—whichever occurs first. After that point, orders are final due to the nature of prescription medications.

Orders, Refills, and Charges

If you enable refill controls in your account, you authorize charges to your selected payment method when a pending order is processed according to the settings shown in your account. You can adjust timing or turn off these controls in your account; changes apply to future processing and may require lead time.

Lead time: To avoid the next processing, update your account settings or contact help@xyonhealth.com at least 48 hours before the displayed processing date. Requests within 48 hours may apply to the following cycle.

Reminders: Where required by law or as a courtesy, we may send a reminder before a pending order is processed.

Clinical oversight: Continued dispensing depends on clinical appropriateness. Prescriptions may be modified or discontinued by the Telehealth Provider.

Price at Processing

Each order is charged at the price in effect when that order is processed. Taxes, shipping, and applicable fees are added at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Email help@xyonhealth.com within 7 days of delivery for verification and resolution (replacement or refund, as permitted by pharmacy regulations).

Shipping Issues (Lost or Missing Packages)

If a carrier shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and coordinate a resolution with the Pharmacy and the carrier.

Log in to your XYON account to update timing, turn off refill controls, or change your payment method. You can also email help@xyonhealth.com for assistance.

Compliance and Applicability

This policy applies subject to applicable laws and pharmacy regulations in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
