Mandy's Story

Mandy Robertson’s journey into trichology began with a deeply personal struggle that ignited her passion for helping others. At just 21 years old, she was diagnosed with female pattern hair loss, a moment that left her with more questions than answers. 

“I wanted to know why. Was it genetic? Could stress, nutrition, or malabsorption be factors? What tests should I do? Would any of my hair grow back?” 

The lack of clarity and support pushed her to take matters into her own hands. 

Now, with over 15 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, Mandy is one of Canada’s leading trichologists. Certified by the International Association of Trichologists (IAT), she completed her clinical training at Sinclair Dermatology in Melbourne, Australia, and is currently undertaking the prestigious Evidence-Based Hair Fellowship with globally renowned dermatologist Dr. Jeff Donovan.
