Cancellation policy

You may cancel an order until (i) clinical approval is issued or (ii) the Pharmacy has begun preparing/compounding—whichever occurs first. After that point, orders are final due to the nature of prescription medications. 

For  future refills, you can adjust timing or turn off refill controls in your account at any time. To avoid the next processing, update your account settings or contact help@xyonhealth.com at least (48) hours before the displayed processing date.
