Why was I referred to XYON?

Your clinic may have recommended a topical medication compounded with SiloxysSystem™ Gel. SiloxysSystem™-based formulas are available exclusively through XYON's platform, which connects to qualified partner pharmacies that can fill this specialty prescription.

Why is an online consultation required?

Some medications require a prescription, which must be issued by a qualified physician licensed in your region. As part of the online consultation, the doctor will review your individual medical history and evaluate potential risks and benefits of a specific medication for you before prescribing.

How does this work with my clinic's recommendation?

Your clinic may have already recommended a treatment plan that includes one or more prescription medications. After completing your medical history, you will have a chance to select a treatment preference. An independent physician will then review the recommendation and, if appropriate, issue a prescription that can be filled online.

How will my treatment plan be managed?

Once your online consultation is complete, you will be able to communicate to your online prescriber via the portal to ask any follow-up questions you have related to your medications or treatment plan. However, a complete treatment plan may include interventions in addition to prescription medication so make sure to continue following up with your original clinic provider. For privacy reasons, we do not disclose any health-related information back to your clinic, so please be sure to update them as appropriate.

Is this replacing my clinic visit?

No. The consultation supports and continues the care recommended by your clinic—it does not replace it.
