To make a safe recommendation on a treatment, we ask you to complete a short intake questionnaire on your current health status. Your health information is securely stored and shared only with a specialist physician.
The physician will review your information and contact you to let you know if you are a suitable candidate. You will have the opportunity to discuss any additional questions or concerns at that time.
2. Treatment Selection
As part of the intake process, you will have the opportunity to review the treatments available through XYON and select the one you would like to be prescribed. Ultimately, a specialist physician will advise on whether that treatment is right for you, or if there is a better option.
Not an expert in medical treatments? Simply skip this step and the physician will make the best recommendation based on the information you have provided.
3. Complimentary Delivery
There is no cost for your consultation with the specialist physician, whether or not you are prescribed. Also, delivery for all your XYON treatment orders is completely free.
Before your consultation with the physician, you’ll be asked how you’d like to pay for your treatment. This will place a hold on your payment method. If the physician decides you are not a good candidate for the treatments available through XYON, or you decide not to proceed, you will not be charged, and the hold will be removed.
4. Account & Subscription Control
Your XYON treatment will be delivered as a subscription. Typically, every 90 days you will be shipped a new supply. While we recommend using the treatment as directed for best results, some subscribers prefer to change the frequency of their orders. This can be easily done through your XYON Account.
Simply log into your XYON Account to change the date of your next order or pause all upcoming orders if needed. You can also request a renewal of your current prescription, or a change in your treatment.
